Until sunday Senna had never won at Monzat so Ferrari land a but his first Victory there was a Classy one. As usual he had pole position in his Mclaren Honda the 49th pole of his career then he won the race and set fastest Lap As Well. His performance was perfect and he led from Start to finish. It was Senna a 26th grand prix Victory. He stands third in All time wins trailing Frenchman Alain Prost 43 and Scotland a Jackie Stewart 27. With four grand prix races remaining on the 1990 schedule the brazilian can easily top stewarts Mark. The More than 100,000 Ferrari fans at Monza had entertained Hopes of a classic Duel Between Senna and Prost both of whom started at the front of the 26-car Field. But there was no Duel. Prost did his Best As always but he was strictly outclassed by Senna and the Mclaren Honda car. Whenever Prost would gain a second or so Senna would answer with a quicker Lap. The brazilian was especially Brilliant in traffic passing and lapping Perfec Ayrton Senna other cars with perfect control and without incident. He made no mistakes and even backed off when getting set to Lap Satoru Nakajima a Tyrrell Ford passing him seconds later on the High Speed straight. It was a Superb Victory for Senna and one that he truly deserved. Prost too drove Well but he could not Challenge and had no Choice but to Settle for second  a a after the race the Frenchman Prost once again made a move to end the Long standing feud Between him and Senna a feud that started last season. And this time Senna accepted the peace offer with a handshake. A a let a forget what happened in the past a Prost told the winning Senna.
