Or you re dreaming about walking the Flat lands to Hunt pheasant. During recent weeks i had been unable to think of much else during my spare moments. Every Day along about Sundown something told me id just missed another Hunting Opportunity. So finally i did something about it. Last saturday i called up a forester whom in be known for about two years. I asked if head be Home in the afternoon. Quot sure. Come on Down a he said. A you can shoot just about any Roe Deer that comes along except the Bucks. But there arc pigs All Over the place so you May want to hold off shooting Roe Deer and wait for the he said he had seen one Bache adult female pig in the area with Young Frischling piglets. I knew i shoot her if she came along. I was excited. I quickly put on my Hunting clothes Rab cd my old Rucksack and 3006, got in the car and coded for the Woods. After about an hour i was among those familiar Oak Trees where i had hunted Many times before. The weather was perfect. The sky was Clear and it was just Cool enough for a heavy sweater i walked up a Hill then climbed the ladder to the Hochwitz High seat. Two rungs of the ladder were broken but that did no to Stop me. I was soon settled and waiting. The ground was covered with dry leaves so i figured it would be easy to hear anything approaching my area. I started hearing things immediately. But the crackling of the leaves turned out to be Birds rustling around while Hunting for food on the ground. Watching the Birds has always been part of the fun of Hunting. On that particular Day the Birds were the Only thing 1 saw. The Sun went Down eventually and i Hadnot seen one Roe Deer or pig. Of Well. It had been fun anyway. After a Day or two i went out to the same spot and again i saw nothing. There were even fewer Birds this time. It did no to really matter to me whether i had gotten anything or not. More importantly i had gone Hunting and had a Safe and Good time. Fall and Early Winter Are probably the seasons most favored by Hunters. With a Little Effort its possible to do a lot of Hunting in Germany during the cooler months. Most Hunting for pheasant and Rabbit is done on private land and requires an invitation from the owner of the Hunting rights. But this does no to mean you can to Hunt if you done to know any of the folks who own Hunting rights. Many owners invite Hunters who Are friends of their friends. In other words if you know some Hunters a German or american a there a a Good Chance one of your friends can arrange for you to join a pheasant or Rabbit Hunt. The key is to be Active by attending the monthly Hunters Stam Tisch at your Rod and gun club or by getting involved in div shooting events. Do this and you la find yourself Hunting on fall weekends. If you want to go for Cloven Hoof game a Roe Deer pigs or whatever a probably the Best approach is to Contact one of the state forestry officials you hunted with last Spring or summer. They often Welcome american Hunters Back in the fall and Winter to help with the annual game Harvest. In the Case of Roe Deer the animals taken normally provide Good fare in the Winter months for Superb Holiday feasting. Start by looking at the ground o completely away from the target then from out of in Comer of your Eye.
