His season has been outstanding and at the minimum he performed equally As impressive As this years  a a it a unfortunate that he failed to make first team All conference. I feel he a better than the two players who were placed ahead of him. You know How voting for All conference can  Etc Etera. Those Anonymous comments which were made by coaches when they submitted their nominations for the 1990 All Europe team indicate Why i always take those suggestions with a Grain of Salt. I know How voting for All conference can go because coaches Are Only human. A if there Are players from different teams of equal ability and Only one of them will make the team there is the tendency of coach a to rate his athlete High and coach bus Star Low and vice versa. There also tends to be a if you vote for my Guy at this position ill vote for yours at the other position deals. I know How voting for All conference can go from another aspect. Some coaches feel that a boy should be considered for Only first string offence or first string defense because that Way More people can be honoured. Ben Abrams resented not As Many As you can. It Isnit fair to the athlete himself to give him honors he Hasni to earned and obviously does no to deserve. 2. It Isnit fair to deserving athletes who May be deprived of a possible once in a lifetime Opportunity to be recognized As a ii con Fere Nee All Europe or All whatever. On the subject of All conference teams the  finally arrived. Champion Woodbridge As anticipated dominated the voting with Howard Conley earning recognition three ways a running Back linebacker and punter. . Seals was named at quarterback and defensive end. Other warriors chosen were end Jason Camp in tack a a rat Richards fullback Brian Hunsader and kicker Scott Locklin on offence and linemen Matt Lombard and Eric Cook and Back Theo Murray on defense.
