After notre Dame barely squeaked past Tennessee on nov. 10, the Irish committed to the Orange bowl and were promptly knocked off by Penn state. If rocket Ismail whose Speed has pulled notre Dame out of a few games this year is injured the Irish could lose at Southern California on saturday. Thus the Orange bowl would be Fielding a team with three losses which would be like giving a grammy to a Rock group with an improbable name like Milli Vanilli Only to discover that the lads do not happen to sing. In this bizarre season notre Dames opponent will be Colorado which has one tie and one loss and would quite Likely have had another loss if the game officials had not forgotten to include their thumbs while counting the Downs in the Missouri game.
