Females Are physically and mentally capable of flying fighters As proved by the countries that have female fighter pilots. I therefore believe that physiology is not the True Issue. So that brings us to the reality of this controversy. It would be difficult for the a fighter Pilot ego to handle a female being a flight Lead while the male was a Wingman. Nor would it be palatable for a Man to be a a killed by a female fighter Pilot during air to air training it is this same ego that keeps these Guys alive and provides them with the a fighting  the fighter Squadron has always been a place of male bonding and camaraderie. The closeness of the men in a fighter Squadron contributes to their morale. The traditions in a Squadron Are extremely important to Unity Trust and in turn survival in the combat scenario. Fighter pilots know How drastically it would change the mentality and cohesion of a Squadron if there were female fighter pilots. And i personally having been a fighter pilots wife for Many years and having observed this brotherhood would not want to see that change.
