The kids then took off to a nearby Park. My friends and i were left with several questions a where did these kids get a Case of Beer who sold it to them or bought it for them no it was not German Beer that any kid can Purchase it was a Well known american Brand ? a where arc these kids parents Are they aware of How their children pass the time surely not. Nine of the 30 positions Are gs-13 and above. There is not a single woman represented in that group. A out of a total of eight gs-12s, one is a woman or 12.5 percent. A out of five gulls three Are women or 60 percent we Are doing better Here. A out of eight positions gs-9 and below women hold five towards the lower end of the Scaler 62.5 percent at these Levels we Are tops. There can be no doubt that this organizational Structure is hostile toward women. I presume the Overall Usa eur average is better although i suspect at the higher Levels of management not much better. Part of the reason for these discrepancies is the unique employment situation in Europe. However part of the reason for the Lack of female representation at the top is the so called Glass ceiling a phenomenon which is also prevalent in private Industry. The invisible Glass ceiling has been created by Subtle rather than blatant management discriminatory practices. The following apply a a tendency to adopt a patronizing attitude toward female employees and to trivialize women a intellectual capabilities. A a tendency to evaluate women on their sexual Appeal or outward appearance. A a tendency to award male employees the choices projects and try temporary duty assignments which give them visibility and Job experience designed to qualify for  to the editor a a tendency to exclude women from meetings involving decision making. A a tendency to indulge in misplaced chivalry the result of which is to inhibit rather than protect.
