Its True that year after year High school students in the United states score much lower on science and mathematics tests than students in other countries. But some educators Are starting to complain that the comparisons Are unfair. In Many countries outside the United states Only the Best students make it into the schools and programs where the tests Are administered they said. As a result a Large majority of the american student population is being compared with other countries elites.
