Legislators can no longer base their re election bid on their ability to tack extras on legislation. The line item veto is needed now. The executive Branch must use veto Powers to hold legislators truly responsible to budget realities. Instead of competing for More every department within Ttye three branches of government especially the legislative must slash budgets at the expense of Only the most essential operations. Wisconsin does not have a death penalty i have been following the trial of Jeffrey Dahmer very closely and unless you live in a Cave you heard something about it also.
