Hills charges of sexual harassment against judge Clarence Thomas during deliberations on Thomas confirmation to the supreme court last year and about the a Keating five ethics investigation that began in late 1989. Livai was convicted of involuntary manslaughter by a jury and sentenced earlier this year to four years in prison.
