Supreme court in 1972 found that the death penalty As then applied was unconstitutional. He was paroled in 1989. In july 1990, Mcduff was sought for allegedly making terrorist threats. His parole was revoked and he returned to prison that september though he was cleared of the charge. On dec. 18, 1990, he was paroled again. Also monday the Mclennan county sheriff in Waco issued a warrant against Mcduff in the death of Valencia Joshua 22. Her body was found March 15, buried behind the Texas state technical Institute Campus where Mcduff lived in a dormitory Deputy Richard Stroup said. Mcduff also has been implicated in the abduction of Colleen Reed 28, who vanished last dec. 29 from an Austin Texas carwash. He is also wanted for questioning in the death of a 22-year-old Waco convenience store clerk Melissa Ann Northrup whose bound body was found floating april 26 in a gravel pit the disappearance of Regina Moore 21 and in the death or disappearance of two women from Waco Ana woman from Temple Texas.
