Kenneth Allen Mcduff 46, a parolee whose death sentence was commuted appeared before a Federal magistrate tuesday. Her body was found March 15, buried behind the Texas state technical Institute Campus where Mcduff lived in a dormitory Deputy Richard Stroup said. Mcduff also has been implicated in the abduction of Colleen Reed 28, who vanished last dec. 29 from an Austin Texas carwash.
