The labor department said businesses added 126,000 jobs during the month the biggest boost in payroll employment in almost a year. The jobless rate had been stuck at a 6-year High of 7.3 percent in february and March. Economists worried that unless businesses started hiring workers soon the fragile economic rebound that began in january could falter just As a similar recovery stalled last year.
