Although the threat eased somewhat nov. 9 when the House merchant Marine and fisheries committee voted unanimously to remove the Academy proposal from the Bill the matter now faces scrutiny before the House ways and Means committee which is looking forays to trim the Federal budget deficit. Students Many of whom say they chose Kings Point impart because of its free tuition say they Are worried about the Academy s future and tuition Bills.
