We have a responsibility to teach our children to read in order to raise an intelligent generation. The exceptions Are those who have an emergent condition whose health would be jeopardized by delay in treatment and those who Are not entitled to use  military treatment facilities. Otherwise family members retirees and Active duty personnel both officer and enlisted arc referred to Walter Reed or Bethesda. Of the Many cardiac patients seen at Lan Stuhl in the last year Only three a an Active duty Captain a Dod civilian and an infant a were referred to a Host nation facility. In that same time 14 other cardiac patients needing care unavailable at Lan Stuhl were referred to Walter Reed or  treatment for a condition is available through the military medical system soldiers must receive it through that system unless a medical emergency precludes it.
