Fulks suffered severe Burns when the car was engulfed in flames. Officials evacuated Fulks on sunday to the Burn unit at the Lan Stuhl army regional medical Center in Germany. Fulks had been assigned to the inter mediate maintenance department at is Gonella since september 1993. The Accident occurred on mister Ian co Road near the Marco Polo express Way which is about five Miles North of the base officials said. It. Barbara Burf Eind Public affairs officer said mister Bianco Road is a very winding Road with lots of curves that is used regularly by military personnel. It was the third traffic death involving Nas Simonella personnel or their families in the last four months. Burfeind stressed that the three accidents were unrelated and did not occur on the same Road. Last year there was a nonfatal Accident on miste Bianco Road near the same location.
