I think if the Cia really wants to show it s sorry for Reading the mail of Ameri cans they should make each letter a per Sonal one which would show that the Central intelligence Agency has a heart. I Don t know whether it s True that most school districts in the United states enjoy 180 Days of instruction or not but i made a Quick review of several budget documents from a number of . School districts and found a Range of instructional Days from 180-184. None of the districts in the United states have to consider the needs of families and teachers who travel across oceans to duty locations. The military departments do their Best to minimize such rotation during the school year so that families May move from one continent to the next during the summer months. Teachers and families alike have expressed preference for longer recesses at Christmas and easter than most districts in the United states need or desire. By starting the school year a week before labor Day we Are Able to accommodate the desires of this majority of our employees and school users who like the Holiday recesses for travel As part of their european Tours. By finishing before the Middle of june our teachers have time to get Back to the United states in time for summer school at colleges and universities.
