Beneficiaries of the Campaign Are the people served by the american red Cross 13 International service agencies and 16 National health agencies. Contributors will help 75 million people a year at Home and abroad. In addition to expressing humanitarian concern men and women of the military Community and their families May receive direct service in times of distress from a number of the agencies sup ported by the Csc the spokesman  than $3.6 million was raised during last year s Campaign in Neucom the spokesman added european Dod personnel May give Cash contributions Over a year s time or pledge through payroll allot ment plans during the Campaign the spokesman said. Individuals using an allotment May spread their contributions Over a year s time with the first deduction starting in january.
