The Magazine said this previously unpublished picture was taken four years ago by an unidentified photographer when Carter then governor of geor Gia teamed up with a Friend to run the Bull Sluice rapids of Georgia s violent Chatt ooga River. It was the first time a Canoe had accomplished the feat which has not been duplicated since the mag Azine reported. A left High but not dry by flood this car is one of hundreds tossed about by floodwaters after torrential Rains caused a Creek to overflow its Banks along Kansas City s exclusive country club Plaza shopping Center and pour into the Blue River.
