Even in the oldest of medieval burgs you won t rough it. In the Days of chivalry Castle life was anything but comfortable or romantic. Rooms lit Only by archers slits and heated by Wood fireplaces were dark and Dank. Furnishings were meager and Baths unknown now. Guest rooms Are equipped with phones and mini bars. There is Central heating furniture is late Renaissance Onward. Gourmet dining rooms Are elaborately set Baths tucked into turrets. An organization called Gas in Schloss has made calling easy. Von Stockhausen has turned the Castle hotel directorship Over to his son and daughter in Law and now devotes All his time to running the Gast in Schloss program.
