Green Bay made it 17-6 before halftime when giants defender Ted Watts interfered with Lofton in the end zone. The packers got the Ball on the i and Dickey hit Coffman Tor the score. The giants got their first touchdown in the third Quarter taking advantage of a 27-Yard punt by Joe Prokop. Simms 20-Yard to pass to Hasselbeck completed the drive. Manuel caught five passes for 103 Yards while Lofton had four receptions for 88 Yards. Lofton caught the 400th pass of his career when he speared a 20-yarder from Dickey in the first Quarter.
