Eagle scouts four boy scouts in Europe have earned the rank of Eagle scout according to transatlantic Council boy scouts of America officials. Jeffrey Jeanguenat 15, of Naples Italy was awarded the Eagle rank in february. For his service project Jeanguenat coordinated and directed the installation offhand painted Disney characters in the children s area of his Community s medical clinic.
