I be been living with a 23-year-old Man for " two years and i love him very much but i " " have an obsession to go to bed with other men. I just can t be if satisfied with one. Overseas housing allowance payments explained i would like it explained How overseas housing is worked out. My husband is an e 6. His Basic allowance for quarters bad is $348, which at the rate the Day i wrote this letter gives us. 826.24 Deutsche Marks. We Are paying 900 Marks a month plus an electric Bill of 200 Marks every second month. Anyone can see our bad does not cover that. We have a Friend also an e-6, whose bad is the same but he gets overseas hous ing of $199.91 in addition to the bad. The bad plus the overseas housing allow Ance at the same rate gives him approximately 1,300 Marks and he is paying 1,100 Marks a month for an apartment plus he does not get an electric Bill like we do.
