The suit filed monday in Federal court by Garagiola and his wife Audrie also named As defendants Musial s son Richard Theresa and John m. Garagnani and five corporations including the Parent company of Stan Musial & Biggie s restaurant. Individually and As officers directors and shareholders of the red Bird lanes we categorically deny each of the allegations the defendants said in a prepared statement released Friday. After consulting with counsel we also believe there is no Legal basis for the lawsuit they said. To the contrary we Are showing constraint by not filing a defamation action against the the Garagiola own a one third interest in the Bowling Alley in South St. Louis. They claim Richard Musial and John Garagnani each received payments of $750 a month Between january 1982 and novem ber 1985 without their knowledge.
