The Best Chili i Ever tasted was t even red said chief warrant officer 2 de Blackford As he watched the judges alternately swig Beer and Chew Chili. Blackford was in a mom and pop restaurant in san Anton " when he happened upon the unforgettable Green Chili. The waitress came out and i pointed to the red Chili. She said no you Don t want that she brought me a 7 or 8-Inch earthenware bowl with spiced ground beef on the Bottom beef Broth and covered with finely chopped Jalapenos he said. It was a five Beer bowl. Made your forehead Scalp and anything else that can sweat  but will the Green Ever earn the respect of the official International Chili society arid the Chili appreciation society International no he said.
