Bartma Washington Bureau Washington a teachers Union has with drawn its motion for a Swift Federal court decision Banning drug testing of its members after learning that the military s overseas school system is unable to begin the testing. The overseas education association withdrew its motion with the . District court in san Francisco thursday after the school system revealed that it lacks the facilities equipment and personnel to carry out its drug testing plan. The agreement Between the overseas education association and the Justice department permits the Union to await other rulings on the drug testing including two supreme court cases. Sources said a Simi Lar Deal is being sought by the government with the overseas federation of teachers which also filed suit to Stop the testing. We agreed to withdraw our motion for a halt to the proposed random drug testing of our members because we believe that decisions about the Legal issues we have raised May soon be provided by the appellate courts and the United states supreme court sea president Jack Rollins said. But in the interim Rollins said sea has protected its members rights because if the department of de sense dependents schools decides to go ahead with drug testing the Justice department has agreed to give the Union a 90-Day notice.
