Rosen do Novelonio told reporters there were Many dead on the second floor of the Headquarters building where Batalla and his chief of staff col. Romeo Abendan had been held. There was no word on Abendan s Fate. Batalla and Abendan were captured thursday after Batalla ordered moslem policemen to surrender their weapons and face murder charges in a 1984 Inci Dent. But administrators at three West Ger Man universities said they knew of no tissue samples from nazi victims at their institutions and a fourth tub Ingen said it has withdrawn from its Anat omy collection the two microscopic examples it had had in store. Tub Ingen and Heidelberg universities Are at the Center of the juror which was sparked by the Ard television report late monday night. The israeli Media also picked up on the Ard report saying the two universities use body parts from nazi victims including communists and the mentally handicapped for medical education. But tub Ingen University Chancellor Georg Sandberger said the Ard report is incorrect and that there was no wide use of such tissues at his University. We conducted an inquiry after the allegations. Vorontsov refused comment but when he arrived in Islamabad on wednesday he said the withdrawal deadline could be pushed Back if the moslem guerrillas continue fighting.
