North Korea recently announced that it would Case its Border restrictions on aug. 15 and South Korea is studying a response according to Dong a Lobo an influential South korean newspaper. North Korea sent a Telephone message saying it would accept the july 19 Date suggested by South Korea to reopen the parliamentary talks which have remained suspended since Early this year. North Korea originally had sought to Convene the talks july 12, but South Korea proposed that they be delayed until after its parliament ends its current session on july 17. Major topics of the talks will include a proposal to adopt a non aggression pact and hold joint sessions of the parliaments of both nations alternating Between capitals.
