Lauralee a 12-year-old seventh grader said her Only drama experience is a a Little play when i was in the first or second  she recently joined the schools drama club. Lauralee said she took Home a permission slip but a did no to think my parents would sign it. But my dad thought it was a really Good Opportunity so he let my mom sign  if she gets the part it Means missing a lot of school hard work and weeks away from Home. But Lauralee thinks the adventure would be Well Worth it. A i really like to travel and i think it a be neat to be on a miniseries where everybody would see you and go to Russia Portugal and All those different  the company plans to begin shooting next month. Students selected for the production would commit to about 20 weeks starting with location shooting in mid november on a three week trip to the soviet Union. Also scheduled Are three week trips to Portugal in january Yugoslavia in March april and Finland in july August. Shooting in Germany would require eight weeks in May june. The program will be filmed in English and dubbed for other countries. Private tutors will be provided and one Parent can travel with the child at company expense. The program will be broadcast on the second German station Adf in the Spring of 1992.
