It is All saints Day and As the Man plays the somber notes of taps three men place two wreaths at the base of the White Stone Chapel s Steps overlooking the cemetery to commemorate the sacrifices of the 5,076 who rest in Honor in these hallowed grounds. It is another Opportunity to show respect and to give thanks.
