In persian Gulf War Effort for some time now i have seen with great dismay that Germany has been portrayed in both the video and print Media As being largely against the War in the Gulf. It has been further emphasized that As a result Damp this position the German people seem to be anti american. This cannot be further from the truth. Many of us Are fully aware that had it not been for the generosity and determination of the american people and their leadership in the nato Alliance Germany would not have had the Opportunity and Protection to flourish into a totally free and democratic society. Had it not been for the steadfast role of the United states and nato the reunification of Germany would have still remained just a dream.  result of this historic event has been the dramatic lessening of tensions in Central Europe and the realistic Hope for peace and Prosperity for All europeans.
