France and other guest nations also pay tuition fees to participate. In addition to sharing the programs financial Burden most participating countries also share the noise Burden posed by missions flown by participants in the advanced tactical training course. Of the 15 missions participants Fly during the tour week course three Are flown Over Belgium three Over France three Over Western Germany three Over the Netherlands two Over the United kingdom and one Over the North sea. Army Europe Headquarters. The change is part of an army plan to streamline Community administration. The plan announced last fall also Calls for consolidating All communities into  Early october with a so called a a Hub Community for each group. The proposed geographic hubs include bad Kreuz Nach Frankfurt Giessen Wurzburg Niernberg Stuttgart Kaiserslautern Heidelberg Berlin and Gra Fenohr in Germany plus the Netherlands the nato shape support group in Belgium and Vicenza Italy. Mannheim and Karlsruhe will fall under the Heidelberg Hub. Final configurations still Are being worked out.
