We All won the War As a reservist with 24 months in country i feel that we All won the War in saudi Arabia not just the front line troops. A of us missed our wives children and Home the reserves has enabled me to experience the Best of two worlds one being at Home and the other being ready when needed. I am a Vietnam vet and i know the horrors of War. We came not Only under orders but also by Choice because we love the old . Of a and because of a need to help. We should All be proud of what we did and of what we will do in the Days to come. Remember we succeeded because we All worked together. Let the Gulf vets be proud of their patches and medals. Those in charge made Good decisions in waging this War so the outcome was a Quick Victory. She also mentioned it was causing financial problems for them. I was eight months pregnant when my husband was sent to the persian Gulf on Jan. 6. A there Are a lot of things could complain about but i done to. In a learning to Deal with it. Even though my husband is still in the Gulf in a thankful that my Soldier is still alive and that he will return Home soon. A lot of us have stronger backbones than we think. So make your Soldier proud. Stop complaining. Everyone is so tired of hearing a email is the lowest priority at the  its been like that since Vve deployed Here. We re also tired of hearing that a five truckloads of Back mail will arrive today a when we Only receive a handful of mail for a platoon. With All these hours of sitting around someone could try to find our mail. We feel that the army does not care Many of us have told our wives and friends to Stop writing because chances of getting your thoughts of love Are a the lowest priority at the  Chi. D. Eliis operation desert storm unreliable mechanics i wish i had taken Auto mechanics in school when i had the Chance. 1 never realized How important it would be to completely understand How my car works especially Here in Germany. The Bottom line is you can to rely on cafes garages for anything when lit comes to mechanics. I find it hard to understand Why we Are treated rudely taken advantage of and Why nothing Ever gets completely fixed when we bring our vehicles to cafes garages. In a tired of a not knowing what i am talking about because i am a woman. I am tired of not being Able to Trust a Mechanic because past experience has proven disastrous and i am tired of not being Able to get parts because someone is too Lazy to punch in a few numbers on a computer. Maybe it is my own fault for not knowing How to rebuild an engine or re pack bearings. I guess i expect too much front a a a qualified Mechanic. Cafes garages need a tuneup. A spec. Sandra l. But Uncle sugar runs around like Chicken Little screaming a the sky is falling the sky is  cuts in Cost of living and housing allowances Are symptoms of a less than informed state department. For Many department of defense personnel paychecks have been reduced As much As $200 to $300 each month a which buys a lot of groceries does no to it personal perspective lends itself to believe that Dod Waits patiently two to three months for the Dollar to show a definite downward trend before adjusting the aforementioned compensations to meet our financial needs. Yet letters to the editor within a three week period of upward Dollar trading the state department slashes compensations to extremes. Meanwhile 1 walk into our local cafes snack bar to find prices increased by As much As 8 percent. Somehow it All makes sense. According to statistics on the previous elections for Congress Over 90 percent of the seats available were filled by the same a Good old  then the very next Day americans begin protesting and complaining about the budget cuts and the spending by those a Good old  Well Congress is Only doing what they be been doing All along laughing All the Way to the Bank with our Money. Then of course there a Joe and Jane who complain to everybody about the unbelievable acts of Congress. But wait Joe Jane did you vote Joe says a of course i did i voted for a Good old  a and Jane says a Well i was too Busy to  can you see what i m trying to say americans complain and scream about everything but we Are the ones who can make the difference. Vote for the other Guy or . The same a Good old fellow will continue to do what he wants if we continue to let him. Pm. The promotion and Sale of this sort of cruelty is totally uncalled for.
