Shevon Allen hit a free throw with .30 left to end the half scoring. Chicksands Latonya Tucker opened the second half with a four Point play when she was fouled connecting on a 3 Pointer. She hit the free throw and the Lead quickly dwindled to 41-35. Carda responded Back with a three Pointer of her own to make it 41-35. After exchanging baskets Over the next few minutes Chicksands saw their first Lead of the half with 15 07 left when Grants bucket made it 45-43. The Lead see sawed Back and Forth until a five Point run made it 71-66 with Only 29 seconds left. Janice Godette answered with a three Pointer to Cut the Lead to two with 15 left. Renee Turner then stole the Ball under the Torrejon Basket after a turnover with 12 seconds left and hit a Layup to tie it with 4 seconds remaining and sent it into regulation. In the overtime buckets by Allen and Carda baskets gave Torrejon a Quick 7571 Lead Only to watch it slip away when Tucker and Rendleman a buckets tied it. Carda then hit a running right hander to grab her teams last Lead and Points of the game 77-75, with 1 59 left in overtime. Rendleman who led the lady Chicks with 30 Points then connected on a three Point play to take the Lead for Good. Tucker was fouled and got both ends of a one and one.
