The poll of 1,837 Likely voters had a margin of sampling error of just under 3percentage Points. # Clinton aides have been predicting a a natural tightening for weeks and projected Calm. Still the Clinton Campaign said its own polls were closer to Abc news monday tuesday tracking of 900 Likely voters. That poll had Clinton leading by 7 Points a 42 percent for Clinton 35 for Bush and 20 for Perot. The margin of error was 4 Points. An Abc news Wall Street journal poll also gave Clinton a 7-Point Lead a 43 percent to 36 percent for Bush a among 576 voters interviewed tuesday night with a 5-Point margin of error. Perot was at 15 percent with a 44 percent negative favo ability rating. Perot in his advertising has asked supporters not to worry that a vote for him would be wasted. The aviation command which employs 4,256 civilians and 165 military personnel is responsible for developing and Fielding army planes helicopters and other equipment. Two other consultants who visited the same commands and interviewed different people were less critical in their assessments but still warned the army of impending problems. A i found a few substantiated sexual harassment incidents but i did no to uncover anything of extreme urgency a said Ernest e. Garcia a Captain in the Marine corps Reserve and a former Deputy assistant Secretary of defense. Garcia said in an interview that among the 70 interviews he had conducted women had complained of a unwanted comments and a physical stuff like flirting a and that army a leaders in the Field were being hampered by not understanding what sexual harassment  the third consultant. Or. Martha Mullet a former vice chairman of the defense advisory committee on women in the services was travelling in China and not available for comment. A spokesman for the aviation command Robert e. Hunt said the command had not seen the consultants reports but said that when the consultants finished their visit a they indicated that the commands climate was Normal and that no significant problems had been  a spokesman for the Reserve personnel Center Gladys Maeser said she was not aware of any serious sexual harassment problems. She said the command was a proud of our accomplishments and was willing to show others the Progress we be  employees at the Reserve personnel Center have accused their supervisors of racial Bias and sexual discrimination in the past.
