Previous tour lengths the Normal Tours for Germany did not meet the specifications of nato agreements to provide trained Crews for three full years. Crew members who bring their families will have their three year Tours lengthened by the time needed to com plete the mandatory skills training. The training which is conducted at the nato a base takes from 13 to 19 weeks depending on the Crew member s specially air Force officials said.
