Or at least people dressed up a monsters at Derheim elementary school near Mainz Germany. It was a halloween Hall of Fame with witches ghosts spiders pirates gypsies Batman Frankenstein Dracula handsome just Plain ugly faces. The Day was a Community Effort organized by the school s Parent teacher and student association an staffed with soldiers from area units family members and school employees. The Derheim students and two busloads of kids from surrounding German communities Sang songs Parade through an american housing area and of course got some treats.
