We had Many warnings of the coming of world War ii. There arc now Many warnings of the Neo nazis being a Bellig Erent Force and a future disaster. We must not wait till the last possible moment before confronting Dan Ger. We must face it while it is Young or the Cost will be far greater later. On March 16,1935, Hitler announced he would build an army of Over 5 x ,000 men. By itself this action deserved Little notice but when you place it next to the Versailles treaty something was wrong. In the treaty of Versailles Germany was allowed Only 100,000 men. If the league of nations had stepped in to impose order on Germany by enforcing the treaty world War ii might never had occurred. This was his second violation of the treaty that had ended world War i. Meeting no Strong resistance from his violations of the Versailles treaty Hitler annexed Austria on March 14,1938. In 1939, Hitler annexed Czechoslovakia thus Vio lating the Munich pact. Hitler had now openly Over thrown two other nations. World War ii did not evolve overnight. It was foreshadowed strongly by the actions of aggressive nations. We won world War ii50 million lives poorer than when we began. In t that enough to make us realize that if we watch for Neo nazis we can save a greater amount of lives in the Long run when a patient has a disease a doctor tries to find the cure immediately. He does t wait until he is positive the disease might be fatal or until the last possible moment in which it can be cured.
