We were Given a four line address Here i Europe and told later threatened to use it. Later when people started asking when the four line address was going to go into effect it was announced that special equipment thread four line addresses was ordered and under Way but had not yet arrived More than two years ago. We Are still using the four line address and no one else in the United states is. Infant no one i talked to in the United states has even heard about going to a four line addess. Very few people can even imagine what their fourth line would be. I intensely dislike the four line address. It takes More time to write the fourth line. What this accomplishes is More accidents and some fatalities that could have been avoided if they would have had the patience to wait their turn to go Forward. I am not saying that the reason there is alot of accidents is the Afi Driver s fault but in the last week i have seen some extremely creative driving and every last one of them were Afi plates. Two of them almost caused me to be in an Accident. We expect the locals to drive this Way be cause they were taught to do this but we were not. I was taught to use my signals wait until it was Safe to pass turn and to enter traffic. Granted sometimes you have to pus your Way out there but to run a Stop sign and almost kill a fellow countryman when there Isno one behind him her is getting a bit extreme.
