It seems he had just exited his car and i did t say a word to him. Within the next hour i approached a senior no to notify him to use a Blue parking meter. He stated that the maps should notify everyone before we Start ticketing by publishing it in the paper since he had never seen anyone ticketed for this before i explained that other maps do ticket for this and also that this is Why the sign right in front of him was posted.
