My Mother and aunt came to Germany on a Davis Agency flight. The flight Over was perfect but i m sorry to say the re turn flight was a Nightmare. The return flight was confirmed by me. In Frankfurt when we went to Check in we were at first Given the runaround be fore being told the flight left at 11 30 that morning. They later amended it to say the flight was cancelled four months ago. My Mother paid for two tickets three months ago and a flight july 24 at 2 30 . Number do was Given As her return. It was scheduled and she paid for a nonstop flight from Frankfurt to Dulles International. In Stead they were put on a flight to Juk and then to Laguardia and then to Washington National. There was no Way to reach people in the states waiting at Dulles to notify them of the change. My Mother and aunt were not the Only persons that Day to arrive Only to find out they were put on a no existing flight. The Davis Agency representatives were very rude and uninterested in the problem. They shifted the blame around. How can Davis Agency be allowed to sell tickets to a no existing flight what rights Are the passengers entitled to after they have paid Money in Good Faith Only to be treated with rudeness and not get any Type of decent service it.
