In 1929 he married Irina radetzky a student of paint ing at the Royal College. They had a daughter Mary in1946. The Early exhibits of Moore s works were controversial to the extent that he lost his first teaching Job. Today much of the controversy has calmed. That is not to say that everyone loves his work. But in the Field of Art Moore is considered a great. Some critics even go so far As to compare this contemporary sculptor with his Early idol and inspiration. In the Field of sculpture they say Moore is today what Michelangelo was in his time. London Park visitor studies another Moore work.
