At the same time combat units of 3rd brigade 2nd army div fwd have been rotating be tween Germany and fort Hood Texas every six months. Those rotations will end when the combat units move to Karlstedt for permanent duty with the brigade. Some combat units that will be permanently stationed with the 2nd army div fwd Are already arriving in Germany. First to arrive was the 2nd in 50th inf which is currently staying at Hohenfels until billets Are ready at Karlstedt. The 3rd in 41st inf is currently moving into temporary quarters at Wil Flecken from fort Hood. They Are replacing the 1st in 12th Cav which returns to Texas oct. 11 and 12.other combat units that will be rotating in Early january Are cod 17th engr and c troop 2nd so 1st Cav which Are scheduled to arrive at Karlstedt on Jan. 11. They will replace Fox troop 2nd so 1st Cav which leaves Grafe Wohr at that time. The 1st in 16th Field arty leaves Gra Fenohr on Jan. 31 and the 3rd in 67th Armor leaves feb. 1. They will be re-., placed by the 2nd in 66th Armor which arrives at Karlstedt on Jan. 28 and the 1st in 14th arty scheduled to arrive feb. 10. Sgt. 1. C.
