We have to save Money because of the Gramm Rudman cutbacks and the extracurricular program not Only sports but band chorus everything was hit very hard Elstran added. I disagree with the cutting so much into the extra curricular activities because the amount of savings in t proportionate to the loss to the kids. The system Dodds As a whole does t realize what a Good extracurricular program does for the kids. I really Don t think i know anyone in an important leadership role who was not outstanding in extracurricular activities not necessarily sports in High on the sports Side the . Track Tennis and soccer schedules were moved Back three weeks. Reducing the program in half Means we will have Only three in conference site track meets and a one Day championship instead of the usual two Day meet. We probably won t be Able to take part in the Central european track meet or soccer playoffs but we rechecking for a clarification of those two Morrow pointed out that the Central european track participation could be resolved by staging the meet at accent and letting the Germany schools come to the Bennor but added that we d have to take that up with Dodds Germany he was working on the schedule revision and hoped to have it completed bythe end of the week.
