Tyson gets broken hand in scuffle with former foe new York a heavyweight Champion Mike Tyson broke a Bone in his right hand during a Street fight Early tuesday with former boxing opponent Mitch Green the Champion confirmed tuesday night. During a news conference at which Tyson appeared wearing a cast on his right hand the Champion said the in jury was a hairline fracture of the third metacarpal Bone on his right hand. Tyson s manager Bill Cayton said he did t know yet whether Tyson s oct. 8 fight against Frank Bruno at London England would have to be re scheduled because of the injury. The cast stretching from the hand to within about four inches of the Elbow is to be on for three weeks. It will be determined after that if there will be sufficient time for Tyson to train for the bout Cayton said. The break in Tyson s hand was de scribed As minor and the Boxer said he Felt no pain. I really Don t want to press charges because it s really ludicrous the whole scene. I m a victim and then he presses charges on me Tyson said. Randy Bush hit his Ca reer High 13th Homer in the second off  tigers scored twice in the second on rib singles by Chet Lemon and Lou Whitaker for a 2-2 tie. Dwayne Murphy s run scoring single in the Detroit third tied it again at 3.dave Bergman s two run Homer gave Detroit a 5-3 Lead in the third and finished Charlie  twins closed to 5-4 in the fourth on an rib single by Greg Gagne. In other Al games tuesday red sox 10, Angels 2 Boston Mike Greenwell s 100th rib put Boston ahead in the fifth inning and Jim Rice Rich gedman and Todd Benzinger homered As the red sox routed California. Greenwell who leads the major leagues in Bis went 3 for 4. His run scoring single capped a three run fifth that made it 3-2. Wade Boggs also had three hits in creasing his american league leading average to .359.celebrating his 31st birthday Mike Bod Dicker 1014, scattered six hits and struck out seven in 7 /3 innings.
