Dear Ann Landers i have a problem that is not life threatening nor does it involve counselling but it has been bothering me for some time. I often hear the expression a i could care less a i also hear people say a i  care less a Why Are these two totally different phrases used with the same connotation a could no to care less Means one cares As Little As possible and does not show any hint of concern.
