Shape took its third Lead of the game on Gibbons 76-Yard touchdown burst with 3 20 left in the third Quarter. Gibbons took a counter play Back to the left and outran a fooled Woodbridge defense for the score. Benken a conversion run gave the spartans a 2416 advantage. But Woodbridge shut Down shape after that and rallied to the Victory. Scherrer hit Fleming on a 50-Yard touchdown pass play with 1 10 left in the third Quarter Fleming was wide open when he caught a 30-Yard pass and he dashed the remaining 20 Yards for the score. Shape stopped Rob Hicks in the mud inches Short of the Goa line to maintain a 24-22 Lead. Woodbridge took the Lead for the Only time of the game when Scherrer hooked up with Fleming on another Long touchdown play this one covering 65 Yards. Fleming caught a 50-Yard bomb from Scherrer and broke a tackle while running the remaining 15 Yards to pay dirt. Rob Hicks conversion put Woodbridge ahead 30-24 with 10 19 left in the game.
