He testified against James and Garcia. The other five have not yet been tried. Some of the attackers told investigators they attacked Harbour and a Friend Laura Peterson because they were bored. Peterson escaped. Both James and Garcia were sentenced to two concurrent life sentences said court clerk Richard Hannaway. James received an additional 25 to 30-year prison term on the rape charge while Garcia was sentenced to an additional 15 to 20 years on that charge.
