They d rather put it off until after the next election. And since there a always a next election they just keep putting it off. Maybe these a a crises will take care of themselves. You never know. Maybe one of these Days if we do nothing maybe they will just go away the Way communism did. Maybe the budget and National debt and balance of payments problems will resolve themselves.
