If the land turns out to be Worth less than the amount a customer still has left to pay the buyer should Stop mailing in checks and file a court claim against gds Lyons said. If the land is appraised at a level greater than or equal to the amount still owed it s probably Wise to go ahead with the Purchase the attorney advised.
