The unanimous ruling by the four member mid level appeals court will allow the pair to participate in another round of 1992 olympic trials this weekend at Altenberg Germany. The . Bobsled and Skeleton federation must submit the names of the team members to the . Olympic committee by monday. Doran said the arbitrator exceeded his authority under the bobsled federations bylaws but the appellate division disagreed Friday.
