A a. A -. A How can any College student complain of having a a nowhere to go to relax and nothing to do in a big. City like Mannheim filled with Beautiful Parks museums Heaters and shopping malls not to. Mention there Are 14 clubs As Well As a sports program on Campus. Students and soldiers alike utilize the fitness Center and gym daily. When i first arrived at the Mannheim Campus in August there was much that needed to be done in the classrooms and residence Halls. Within the course of a month major improvements have and still Are taking place. We Are already up to Augsburg standards. The Mannheim Community does not need to a simply learn to live with  we As students need to adapt to our new environment and gain their respect. The army and air Force Exchange service is renovating our new snack bar. The Post Exchange and current snack bar on Turley have extended their hours and selections and have been nothing but supportive in assisting with Campus functions. The line Hall lounge has been helpful in providing a place to relax and hold club functions. The Mannheim military Community has provided us with a Beautiful Campus and continues to accommodate our needs to the Best of their abilities. The reason Why i am writing to you is to inform the other communities before they sign up for what they will be led to believe is a Good Deal just How bad and unreliable tvs is. We have had so Many outages that we have lost count of the number of times we have been without Cable service. Tvs does not seem Able to operate for More than 10 Days at a stretch without a breakdown. Of yes there is an emergency number to Call when problems occur. The Only problem with that is its an answering machine that is not checked until the next working Day. Some emergency service. The Only efficient part of the whole tvs operation is the Billing office. They get their part of the Job done on time without fail and always for the full amount even though we have not received service for the full month. Sky bbl and the Abc super Channel were off the air for most of the Holiday period with no explanation or apology and from the Way it looks we Are in for More of the same for the Winter.
